Heh. I, uh... don't know I've got control over when I talk to her, unfortunately. The guy she's livin' with now took away her only means of bein' able to reach me.

That's him, yeah. I tried to get in contact with him on Jess's phone-- the one she gave me. Guess he wasn't too happy that one of the captives had access to her at any time, 'cause the last time I saw her she said he'd taken it away from her.

...Which sucks right now, because I kinda wanna hear from her, y'know?

From what's I've heard, Stefan's doesn't really want much to do with us, so I guess I'm not too surprised.

Yeah, I guess so. Knowin' she's safe isn't the same thing as actually seein' that she is, though. Not that I doubt she's okay now, but...
